Rapidly involuting congenital haemangiomas (RICH) are
uncommon vascular tumours in children and distinct from
other, more common types of vascular tumours such as
infantile haemangiomas. They are characterised by their
presence at birth and involution within the first year of life.
We report three neonates with RICH complicated by ulceration
at presentation and review the clinical course and management
of these tumours in our paediatric dermatology
clinic.
